1. Before the disassembly of centrifugal fan, in addition to preparing disassembly tools and materials, for the fan conveying gas or other harmful gases, the gate of inlet and outlet water pipe must be closed tightly, and the blind plate shall be blocked if necessary. If the inlet and outlet are downward, water can be poured into the lower pipe for water sealing. The height of the water level to be filled shall ensure that harmful gases in the pipeline will not leak to the workplace.
2. When removing the pressure of lubricating oil centrifugal fan, first release and filter the lubricating oil before cooling, and then disconnect the flange connecting oil pipe and valve body.
3. Keep the horizontal position when lifting the upper housing or rotor to avoid damaging the machine parts. The longitudinal joint of the centrifugal fan housing shall not be removed. If the cast iron housing that sends hot gas is cooled, the upper housing must be lifted after the interior of the housing has cooled.
4. Before removing the sliding bearing, measure the bushing clearance and thrust surface clearance. The seal clearance should be measured before removing the seal.
5. During disassembly, check whether the removed parts have marks. For some parts that need to be printed without printing, you must print it to make it easier to assemble and repair the position. The components to be printed include those that are not allowed to be misplaced or oriented, as well as those that affect the balance, such as keys, covers, bushings and their support rings, couplings and their pins, air inlets of centrifugal fans, and axial flow through removable centrifugal fan blades.
6. After disassembly, clean the disassembled parts to remove dirt.
