Selection conditions for explosion-proof high-pressure fans:
1. Warehouse ventilation
Firstly, to check if the stored goods are flammable and explosive, such as paint warehouses, explosion-proof fans must be selected.
Secondly, depending on the level of noise requirements, you can choose rooftop fans or environmentally friendly centrifugal fans. Depending on the amount of air change required for the warehouse air, a conventional axial flow fan SF or exhaust fan FA can be selected.
2. Kitchen exhaust
Firstly, for kitchens that directly exhaust fumes indoors (i.e. with exhaust outlets on indoor walls), SF axial flow fans or FA exhaust fans can be selected based on the size of the fumes.
Secondly, for kitchens with large oil fumes that need to pass through long pipes and have bent pipes, it is strongly recommended to use centrifugal fans because the pressure of centrifugal fans is higher than that of axial fans, and the oil fumes do not pass through the motor, making it easier to maintain and replace the motor.
3. Venue ventilation
For ventilation in hotels, tea shops, coffee bars, chess and card rooms, karaoke halls, and other places, conventional fans are not suitable.
Firstly, for the ventilation of small rooms, when connecting the ventilation ducts to the central ventilation duct, the FZY series small axial flow fan can be selected on the basis of considering both appearance and noise. Secondly, from the perspective of stricter requirements for air volume and noise, the fan box is the choice. The interior of the box is equipped with sound-absorbing cotton, and the external connection to the central ventilation duct can achieve significant noise reduction.
