Axial fans are very versatile, that is, the airflow in the same direction as the axis of the blades, such as electric fans, air conditioners, and external fans are fans that operate in axial flow. It is called "axial flow" because the gas flows parallel to the fan axis. Axial fans are usually used in occasions with higher flow requirements and lower pressure requirements. The axial fan fixes the position and moves the air. The axial flow fan is mainly composed of the fan impeller and the casing. The structure is simple but the data requirements are very high.
Ordinary axial flow fans can be used for ventilation in general factories, warehouses, offices, houses and other places, and can also be used for air coolers (air coolers), evaporators, condensers, spray droplets, etc., and there are also mine shafts. Flow fan, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof axial flow fan adopts anti-corrosion materials and explosion-proof measures, and is matched with explosion-proof motors, which can be used to transport explosive, volatile, and corrosive gases.
It is required that the gas conveyed by the axial flow fan should be free of significant dust, viscous and fibrous materials; the temperature of the direct-connected motor should not exceed 40 ℃, and the temperature of the belt drive type should not exceed 60 ℃. The amount of dust in the conveying gas shall not exceed 150mg/m3. The axial flow fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor and other parts. The bracket is connected with the casing air duct by means of steel. The impeller and casing of the anti-corrosion axial flow fan are all made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and other axial flow fans are generally made of steel plate.
