1. The vortex fan should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
2. The direction of rotation of the impeller of the vortex fan must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan casing.
3. When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not be greater than 8kpa, so as to avoid the excessive heat generated by the fan and the overcurrent of the motor causing damage to the air pump.
4. Except the two bearings of the motor rotor, the other parts of the vortex fan have no direct contact friction. The fan bearing installation methods are mainly divided into two categories. The bearing at the end of the first type of air pump is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller. This type of air pump usually does not need to be greased. The bearings of the second type of air pump are installed in the middle of the pump cover. The bearings of this type of air pump should be greased regularly (7018 high-speed grease). Once a month, the number of refueling should be increased for the air pumps that work continuously in three shifts. The maintenance of the bearings at the fan end of this type of air pump motor is in accordance with the first type of air pump.
5. The filters and silencers at the inlet and outlet ends of the vortex air pump should be cleaned in time according to the situation to avoid clogging and affecting the use.
6. The external connection of the air inlet and outlet of the vortex air pump must be connected by a hose (such as rubber tube, plastic spring tube).
7. Replacement of the bearing of the vortex air pump: The replacement of the bearing must be performed by a person familiar with the repair work. Loosen the screws on the pump cover first, and then remove the parts one by one in the order shown in the figure. The removed parts should be cleaned and then assembled in the reverse order. When disassembling, do not pry the impeller hard, use a special puller to pull it out, and don't miss the adjustment gasket, so as not to affect the gap that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
8. It is strictly forbidden for solid, liquid and corrosive gas to enter the pump body of the high-pressure vortex air pump.
