1. Centrifugal fan bearing and motor shaft are not concentric;
2. The foundation is not firm, or the overall support rigidity of centrifugal fan equipment is insufficient;
3. If the inspection is not carried out in time, the bolts and rivets in the centrifugal fan equipment become loose, or the impeller is deformed;
4. The cooperation between the impeller shaft disc hole and the shaft of centrifugal fan equipment loosens;
5. There is dust or dirt on the blades of the centrifugal fan, or there is wear or deformation, thus making the rotor unbalanced;
6. The installation of inlet and outlet pipes of centrifugal fan is unreasonable, and resonance phenomenon occurs;
7. Abnormal temperature of centrifugal fan bearing, or bearing box of strenuous vibration;
8. During the use of centrifugal fan, the quality of the selected lubricating grease is not good, or it contains impurities or deteriorates;
9. Friction occurs between the shell or air inlet of centrifugal fan equipment and impeller;
10. It may be due to excessive current of centrifugal fan motor or high temperature rise. It is also possible that the system can not match the performance of the centrifugal fan, which makes the fan in the low pressure and large flow area and cannot operate well.
