When the fan is used to transport materials, the air volume will decrease significantly after reaching the corresponding orientation, the main reasons for the decrease of air volume of high-pressure centrifugal fan during use are as follows:
1. When the hair dryer of the fan is installed, it may be because it is not installed correctly according to the regulations, or the hair dryer is damaged in such conditions as leakage and fracture, resulting in the decrease of air volume.
2. When the fan is being delivered, the barrier of the tightness of the hair dryer air duct is not symmetrical through hair dryer, air duct, etc. As for the cyclone, there is a large barrier, gas measurement, density, etc, it is also the main reason why the wind is blocking during the conveying process.
3. For the rotating axial flow fan normally used by the fan, the double generator type is adopted, so the pressure of the fan is much more than that of a single generator. After the fan is started, the stability of the field voltage gives the generator a rotating speed, and the fan lighting increases or decreases.
