1. The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris inside the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.
2. The fan can only be operated under normal conditions, and the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate with defects. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.
3. During the operation of the axial flow fan, if abnormal sounds are found, the motor is severely overheating, the casing is electrified, the switch trips, and the fan cannot be started, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.
4. According to the environmental conditions of use, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time for the enclosed bearings and motor bearings. ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings during oiling; It is strictly prohibited to operate without oil.
5. Axial flow fans should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing ventilation fans outdoors, defensive measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.
