In the solution of common faults of centrifugal fans, it is often necessary to disassemble the centrifugal fan. Do you know how to disassemble a centrifugal fan?
1. Before disassembling the centrifugal fan, you must first prepare the disassembly tools and materials. If there is gas or other harmful gases, the inlet valve must be closed tightly, and the baffle must be sealed if necessary. If the water inlet and outlet are facing downward, you can pour water into the sewer, so that the water can be sealed. The filling height should ensure that no dangerous gas leaks from the pipe to the workplace.
2. When disassembling the centrifugal fan, the oil must be discharged and filtered, and then the flange of the oil pipe and the valve body must be separated.
3. When lifting the upper cover or rotor, it must be kept horizontal to avoid damage to the machine parts. The axial connection of the centrifugal fan must not be disassembled. If the heat exchange iron box needs to be cooled, the upper box must be cooled first.
4. Before disassembling the slide plate, it is necessary to measure the clearance of the bearing and the clearance of the thrust surface. Before removing the seal, measure the gap of the seal.
5. When removing parts, carefully check the marks on the parts. If some parts cannot be printed, you can print them out, so that they can be assembled to the appropriate repair part more conveniently. The parts that need to be printed include parts that cannot be staggered or positioned, and some parts that affect the balance, such as keys, covers, sleeves and their support rings, couplers and their pins, centrifugal fan inlets, and axial flow through movable centrifugal fan blades.
6. After disassembly, clean the removed parts to remove surface dirt.
