After the centrifugal fan is installed, it can start operation only when its equipment is fully normal. In order to ensure that the normal operating performance of the fan meets the requirements, prevent accidents and prolong the service life of the equipment. In addition, pay attention to the following issues:
(1) The rotation direction of the fan should be consistent with the rotation direction on the fan nameplate.
(2) Install a regulating valve on the air inlet pipe of the fan. Before driving, turn it off, wait for the fan to run, and then turn it on slowly until it reaches the specified working conditions, and check the motor current.
(3) Check the operation of the fan at any time. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the cause should be found out in time and shut down for maintenance.
(4) According to the specific conditions of use, regularly remove dust, dirt and other impurities in the fan and pipes, and prevent rust.
(5) Observe the temperature rise and lubrication of the bearing at any time, and keep the oil window clean and bright.
(6) The lubricating oil used by the fan should be replaced regularly, especially after each disassembly and repair.
(7) Establish necessary management systems, work out safe operation procedures, and formulate equipment maintenance rules. Special personnel should be responsible for the daily maintenance of the ventilator, and daily maintenance records should be kept.
