Centrifugal fan is an auxiliary equipment commonly used in industrial production. It is mainly used for plant ventilation, equipment heat dissipation and equipment dust removal. Noise reduction treatment method of centrifugal fan


1. Sound absorbing material


Decorate sound-absorbing materials, sound-absorbing structures or suspend sound-absorbing materials on walls or ceilings to absorb the mixed sound of sound-absorbing materials. Sound absorbing materials are the key of noise elimination and vibration reduction technology. Appropriate materials should be selected in combination with the noise sources on site.


2. Install silencer


When the fan speed is fast, strong aerodynamic noise will be generated. In order to prevent the diffusion of noise, silencing equipment is installed on the air duct of the centrifugal fan without affecting the air flow, so as to suppress aerodynamic noise.


3. Install sound insulation equipment


Sound insulation is a common noise control technology. It uses different wall materials and components as shielding, or uses maintenance structures to limit the noise to a certain area, so that the noise can not be transmitted smoothly to reduce the noise.


4. Set sound insulation room


① Set up a sound insulation room, place the centrifugal fan and product detector in the sound insulation room, and isolate the transmission of noise through the sound insulation room. The sound insulation room adopts sound-absorbing composite structure with a thickness of 150mm to achieve good sound insulation effect.


② Exhaust holes are set in the sound insulation room to ensure the ventilation of the centrifugal fan. Silencers are installed at the air inlet and outlet to reduce the noise generated by air passing through.


③ The sound insulation room is equipped with sound insulation windows, through which you can view the indoor equipment. In order to achieve better sound insulation effect, the sound insulation window adopts double-layer glued glass, and its sound insulation effect is similar to that of the sound insulation room, generally about 30 dB. Install the sound insulation door of the silencing room to facilitate the access of operators.


5. In order to further reduce indoor noise, more detailed sealing can be done indoors, including different cracks and outdoor pipes.


The noise pollution of centrifugal fan is a technical problem perplexing manufacturing enterprises.
